Rock trio OGRES channel psych-sprawl, occult-tinged folk-pop and kosmische electronics into songs from their debut album Field Guide. Drawing on the outsider pop of Julian Cope and early Brian Eno, plus the genre-warping instincts of The Beta Band, their sound moves from folk horror to future-shock. Formed in 2022 from the ashes of noise band Apollo Creed, the UK three-piece fuse euphoric pop hooks with exploratory improvisation. Support from Radiolarians (Free, donations encouraged).
